摘  要:伴随化工合成与材料学的飞速发展,磁性微球这种新型材料与天然药物化学之间的学科交叉已经逐渐深入,磁性微球成功解决了部分以往依靠传统技术手段在天然药物化学研究中无法攻克的困难。它所应用的范围现已贯穿药物开发,成分分析,质量标准和制剂工艺等重要环节。本文主要围绕其在提取分离、活性筛选、化学分析和药物制剂4个方面的应用与进展进行综述,为相关研究提供参考依据。With the rapid development of chemical synthesis and materials science,the interdisciplinary between the new material magnetic microspheres and natural medicinal chemistry has gradually deepened.Magnetic microspheres have successfully solved some difficulties that cannot be overcome in the study of natural medicinal chemistry by traditional technical means.Its application scope has now run through important links such as drug development,component analysis,quality standards and preparation process.In this paper,the application and progress in four aspects of extraction and separation,activity screening,chemical analysis and pharmaceutical preparations were reviewed to provide reference for related experimental studies.
