摘  要:以2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(GTA)为醚化剂半干法制备阳离子醚化淀粉(St-GTA),采用反相乳液聚合法制备醚化淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺絮凝剂(St-GTA-PAM)。以单体转化率和接枝率为指标,探究制备条件对St-GTA-PAM的影响。结果表明,反相乳液聚合法最佳条件为:乳化剂添加量2.0m L,St-GTA与AM单体比1∶3.5,KPS浓度6mmol·L^(-1),反应温度60℃,此时单体转化率为95.4%,接枝率为87.5%。利用红外光谱、扫描电镜与热重分析对絮凝剂进行性能表征,并通过高岭土模拟废水絮凝实验确定St-GTA-PAM的最佳使用条件。结果显示,在最佳投加量250mg·L^(-1)时,St-GTA-PAM絮凝率可达93.9%,在水温10~50℃和pH值为4~10条件下,絮凝剂适用性好。Add 2,3-glycidyltrimethylammonium chloride (GTA)as an etherifying agent to corn starch (St)to prepare cationic etherified starch(St-GTA). Then the prepared St-GTA and acrylamide(AM) monomers are used as raw materials, and the etherified starch grafted acrylamide flocculant (St -GTA -PAM) is prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization. Using monomer conversion rate and grafting rate as indicators, the effect of preparation process conditions on St-GTA-PAM was explored. The results showed that the best process conditions for the synthesis of inverse emulsion polymerization were the addition of emulsifier 2.0mL, St-GTA and the AM monomer ratio is 1∶3.5, the KPS concentration is 6mmol·L^(-1), and the reaction temperature is 60°C. At this time, the monomer conversion rate is 95.4%, and the grafting rate is 87.5%. Infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis were used for characterization and analysis, and kaolin simulated wastewater flocculation test was performed to investigate the influence of different factors on the flocculation rate of St-GTA-PAM. When the dosage of flocculant is 250mg·L^(-1), the temperature is 10~50℃ and the pH value is 4~10, the flocculation rate of St-GTA-PAM can reach 93.9%.
