摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定开心散中茯苓酸的含量方法。方法采用Elite Hypersil ODS2色谱柱(4.6×150mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液;流速:1.0m L·min^(-1),检测波长:210nm;柱温30℃。结果茯苓酸的线性回归方程为y=12.758x-0.0175(R^(2)=1.0000),线性范围在0.13~1.3μg之间有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率在100.06%(RSD=1.84%)。测定结果不被样品中其他成分干扰。结论本研究建立的含量测定方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于开心散的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of pachymic acid in Kaixin Powder;METHOD Chromatographic separation was carried out on Elite Hypersil ODS2 column (4.6×150mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0mL·min^(-1)in a gradient elution manner,the detection wavelength was set at 210nm.,and the column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS The regress equation for pachymic acid was y=12.758x-0.0175(R^(2)=1.0000),and the linear range was 0.13~1.3μg.The average recoveries of pachymic acid was 100.06%(RSD=1.84%),and good precision.The determination results were not affected by other ingredients in the samples.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate,with good repeatability,which can be used for the quality control of Kaixin Powder.
