摘 要:为提高油井井壁泥饼强度,进而改善固井弱界面现象,研发了一种固井弱界面增强剂,评价了其弱界面增强效果,考察了固井弱界面增强剂对钻井液性能的影响。该固井弱界面增强剂是含钙铝的矿物纤维和铵盐组成的混合物,将其以0.7%的比例加入到聚合物水基钻井液中,泥饼强度和模拟固井二界面的胶结强度分别提高到原强度的15倍和9.4倍;固井弱界面增强剂对钻井液的密度和沉降稳定性无影响,但会导致钻井液的电阻率显著上升、粘度下降。An addtive to improve the shearing strength at cement-formation interface was researched in this paper from the point of increasing the mud cake strength. Besides the effect of the addtive on the shearing strength and its influences of the water-based drilling fluidwere studied. The addtive was a mixture composed of mineral fibersand aminium salts, that the mineral fibers were include of calcium and aluminum. The mud cake strength and the cementing strength between casing-cement and borehole wall were increased to 15 times and 9.4 times respectivelywhen 0.7% of the addtive was added into the drilling fluid.The test of drilling fluid properties showed that the density and stability did not changed but the resistivity increased and the viscosity decreased after the addtive was added into the drilling fluid.
