摘 要:农业固体废弃物汉麻秆具有天然纳米级孔隙结构以及高纤维素与半纤维素含量,在生产制备高比表面积活性炭方面具有很大优势。本文分析了汉麻秆的物性特征,综述了近年来国内外关于汉麻秆活性炭的制备方法及应用的研究进展,并对不同制备方法的活化机理进行分析总结。另外,还介绍了部分汉麻秆活性炭的改性方法及应用,探究了在制备和改性中存在的问题,以期为汉麻秆制炭产业的发展与高比表面积活性炭的制备提供参考。The agricultural wastes hemp stem has natural nano-scale pore structure and high cellulose and hemicellulose content, which has great advantages in the production and preparation of activated carbon with high specific surface area. In this paper, the physical properties of hemp stem was analyzed. At the same time, the research progress on the preparation and application of hemp stem activated carbon at home and abroad in recent years was reviewed, and the activation mechanism of different preparation method was analyzed and summarized. In addition, the modification methods and applications of some hemp stem activated carbon were introduced, and the problems existed in the preparation and modification were explored, in order to provide reference for the development of hemp stem carbon industry and the preparation of high specific surface area activated carbon.
