摘 要:Pickering乳状液因其具有环境友好和稳定性强的特性,并且随着纳米技术的不断发展和广泛的应用,其在食品、化妆品、医药等领域有着越来越广泛的应用,目前,国外Pickering乳液在石油领域的应用已日趋成熟,而国内对Pickering乳化液的研究及相关文献相对较少,因此,国内科研工作者对纳米颗粒稳定的Pickering乳状液的研究愈加看中。本文着重从Pickering乳状液的稳定机理、稳定性影响因素及其在相关领域的应用3个方面总结了Pickering乳状液近些年的研究进展,并在文章最后对其在原油降粘方面的应用前景进行了展望。With the continuous development of nanotechnology and the environmental friendly and stable properties of Pickering emulsion, Pickering emulsion has been widely used in food, cosmetics, medicine and other fields.At present, the application of Pickering emulsion in the oil field has been relatively mature abroad, while the domestic research and related articles on Pickering emulsion are relatively few, Therefore, domestic researchers pay more attention to the research of Pickering emulsion stabilized by nanoparticles. This paper summarizes the research progress of Pickering emulsion in recent years from three parts:(1)introduces the stability mechanism of Pickering emulsion,(2)summarizes the influencing factors of Pickering emulsion stability,(3)summarizes the application of Pickering emulsion in related fields. At the end of the paper, the prospect of its application in crude oil viscosity reduction is prospected.
