摘  要:为解决管道蜡沉积问题,本实验应用冷指法以大庆油田含蜡原油为介质,对其蜡沉积规律因素进行分析,研究了含蜡原油的蜡沉积量随着温度、温差、沉积时间、剪切速率、驱油剂和沥青质含量的变化规律。结果表明,沉积时间8~24h时,沉积速率最大为0.35g·h^(-1);在转速为90r·min;时速率最大为0.26g·h^(-1),沉积量高于最低时3%;与驱油剂含量成正比,速率为0.6g·h^(-1),沉积量高于最低30%;在沥青质含量4%时,沉积速率最大为0.26g·h^(-1),5%时淤积物降到最低速率为0.22g·h^(-1),最高沉积量较最低时高出21.3%。In order to solve the problem of pipeline wax deposition, cold fingering was used as the medium of waxy crude oil in Daqing Oilfield, the factors of wax deposition law were used, and the change law of wax deposition of waxy crude oil with temperature, temperature difference, deposition time, rate of shear, oil repellent and asphalt content were studied by the experiment. The results showed that the deposition rate is up to 0.35g·h^(-1)at 8~24h. The maximum rate at 90r·min;is 0.26g·h^(-1), which is 3% higher than the minimum deposit;In positive contrast to the content of the oil repellent, the rate is 0.6g·h^(-1), which is 30% higher than the minimum deposition;The deposition rate is up to 0.26g·h^(-1)at 4% asphalt content, 0.22g·h^(-1)at 5% and 21.3% higher at the lowest level.
