摘 要:本文采用钛白副产FeSO_(4)精制后的溶液直接合成Na_(2)FeO_(4),与普通的FeSO_(4)净化工艺相比,减少了FeSO_(4)结晶的步骤,不仅简化工艺流程,而且提高原料的利用率。实验结果表明,以NaClO 60m L计,Na_(2)FeO_(4)制备溶液制备的优化条件为:精制后的FeSO_(4)溶液17mL,NaOH 30g,反应时间60min,反应温度40~45℃。经Na_(2)FeO_(4)处理后的甲基橙模拟碱性印染废水降解率可达72.4%。In this paper, sodium ferrate was directly synthesized from the refined solution of titanium dioxide byproduct ferrous sulfate. compared with the ordinary ferrous sulfate purification process, the steps of ferrous sulfate crystallization were reduced, not only the technological process was simplified, but also the utilization rate of raw materials was improved. The experimental results showed that, in terms of sodium hypochlorite 60mL, the optimum conditions for the preparation of sodium ferrate solution are as follows: refined ferrous sulfate solution 17mL, sodium hydroxide 30g, reaction time 60min, reaction temperature 40~45℃. The degradation rate of methyl orange simulated alkaline printing and dyeing wastewater treated by sodium ferrate can reach 72.4%.
