摘  要:为研究调距桨装置内油管的寿命情况,以一段焊接油管为研究对象,进行3种恒幅应力下的疲劳试验,对试验数据采用最小二乘法进行拟合,得出焊接油管的S-N疲劳曲线。深入研究载荷顺序对焊接油管疲劳寿命的影响,采用3级随机加载以及3级顺序加载(低-高、高-低)对焊接油管进行疲劳试验,并根据Corten-Dolan理论对试验结果进行疲劳损伤分析。研究在不同加载载荷顺序的影响下焊接油管的疲劳损伤特性以及寿命分布,对焊接油管的寿命研究具有重要意义。In order to study the life of the internal tubing in the pitch adjustment propeller device,a welded tubing is taken as the research object,three kinds of fatigue tests under constant amplitude stress are conducted,and the least square method to fit the test data is used,which get the S-N fatigue curve of the welded tubing formed.In-depth study the influence of loading sequence on fatigue life of welded tubing,using three level of random loading and order loading(high-low,low-high)to carry out on the welded tubing fatigue test,the test results are analyzed by Corten-Dolan theory.Researching the influence of different-loading loaded sequence and welded tubing fatigue damage characteristics has great significance to the life research of welded tubing.
