摘 要:级联多电平逆变器在中高压、大功率场合应用很广泛,但各级联单元间往往存在着输出功率不均衡问题,这会导致电源寿命降低和开关损耗增加,直接影响系统的运行效率,由此对级联五开关逆变器提出一种功率均衡控制方法。该方法首先利用方向相反的2个调制波,以此减少三角载波数量;然后基于交错载波层叠调制,对垂直方向的三角载波进行新的排序组合,再通过逻辑运算得到所需PWM脉冲信号,最终使得各级联单元输出功率在1个输出周期内实现了均衡。最后以三单元级联五开关逆变器为例进行了仿真研究,其结果验证了在1个输出周期内不同功率因素下,各单元输出功率相等,与理论分析一致。The cascaded multi-level inverters are widely used in medium-high-voltage and high-power applications. However,the problems of unbalanced output power between the interconnected units at all levels still exist,causing a reduction in the power life and an increase in the switching loss,which directly affect the operational efficiency of the system. Therefore,a power balance control method for the cascaded five-switch inverter was proposed in this paper. In this method,the number of triangular carriers was reduced by using two reversed modulation waves. Then,based on the staggered carrier stack modulation,the triangular carriers in the vertical direction were sorted and combined. Then,the required PWM pulse signals were obtained through logical operations,so that the Equilibrium of the output power of the interconnection units at all levels could be done in one output cycle. Finally,a simulation of three-unit cascaded five-switch inverter was carried out. The results showed that the output power of each unit was equal under different power factors in one output cycle,which was consistent with the theoretical analysis.
