摘 要:本试验采用超声辅助回流法提取川椒有效抑菌成分,以彩绒革盖菌和密粘褶菌的菌丝生长抑制率为指标进行提取工艺的优化。采用了响应面分析法确定川椒提取的最佳工艺条件,同时探讨了液料比、乙醇浓度、提取时间和温度间的显著性影响和交互作用。当乙醇浓度95%,液料比12∶1,超声时间40.00 min,超声温度45.0℃,对彩绒革盖菌生长抑制率为26.35%;当乙醇浓度95%,液料比20∶1,超声时间53.00 min,超声温度65.0℃,对密粘褶菌生长抑制率为66.13%;当乙醇浓度95%,液料比20∶1,超声时间59.00 min,超声温度65.0℃,彩绒革盖菌生长抑制率为21.39%,密粘褶菌生长抑制率为63.54%。In this experiment,the effective antibacterial components of Zanthoxylum were extracted by the ultrasound-assisted reflux method,and the extraction process was optimized by takine the inhibition rate of hyphae growth of Trametes versicolor and Gloeophyllum trabeum as the index.The optimum extraction conditions of Zanthoxylum were determined by the response surface analysis method,and the significant effects and interactions of the liquid-solid ratio,ethanol concentration,extraction time and temperature were also discussed.When the ethanol concentration was 95%,the liquid-material ratio was 12∶1,the ultrasonic time was 40.00 min,and the ultrasonic temperature was 45.0℃,the growth inhibition rate of Trametes versicolor was 26.35%.When the ethanol concentration was 95%,the liquid-material ratio was 20∶1,the ultrasonic time was 53.00 min,and the ultrasonic temperature was 65.0℃,the growth inhibition rate of Gloeophyllum trabeum was 66.13%.When the ethanol concentration was 95%,the liquid-material ratio was20∶1,the ultrasonic time was 59.00 min,and the ultrasonic temperature was 65.0℃,the growth inhibition rate of trichoplegia was21.39%,and the growth inhibition rate of Trametes versicolor was 63.54%.
