摘  要:矿用开关电器质量监督检测检验机构或者生产企业在利用大电流发生器对无断点电器(指主回路无直接分闸机构)进行保护特性试验测试时,发现保护动作时间无法测量。即时采用更换试验设备或者是利用示波器进行试验过程数据采集分析得出保护动过时间结果等方法解决;如此方法繁琐,且企业现场无示波器可用。该文针对上述情况提出了性价比高、操作简单、容易掌握的测试技术及试验方案,同时试验方案分析了试验系统原理、动作时间采集过程,给出了试验样品接法及验证结果。When the quality supervision,Inspection and Testing Institution of mining switchgear or the production enterprise is testing the protection characteristics of the non-break point electrical apparatus(that is,the main circuit has no direct opening mechanism)by means of a large current generator,It was found that the time of protection action could not be measured.It can be solved by replacing the test equipment or collecting and analyzing the test process data with Oscilloscope to get the result of the protection moving over time.In view of the above situation,this paper puts forward a high cost performance,Simple operation,easy to master the test technology and test program,At the same time,the test program analyzes the principle of the test system,The action time acquisition process,The connection method of the test sample and the result of verification are given.
