摘　　要：该文根据数字式LCR测量仪的工作原理及计量特性,主要介绍数字式LCR测量仪电感的校准方法及过程中的注意事项,分析了校准过程中多个不确定度分量来源,以某一测量点为例评定数字式LCR测量仪电感的测量不确定度。According to the working principle and measuring characteristics of the digital LCR testers,this paper mainly introduces the calibration method of the inductance of the digital LCR testers and the matters needing attention in the process,evaluation of measurement uncertainty for inductance of a digital LCR testers with a measurement point as an example.
