摘  要:该文设计了一种复合调频引信的中频电路,中频滤波单元采用两级RF733进行放大、两级可调电感与电容并联实现窄带宽选通;补偿网络采用RC电路进行移相;调制指数采用增减电阻大小实现幅度调节。通过仿真验证方案可行,满足了中频滤波窄带宽高增益、补偿网络相位可调、调制指数可变等要求。In this paper,an intermediate frequency circuit of compound frequency modulation fuze is designed.The intermediate frequency filter unit adopts two-stage RF733 for amplification,and two-stage adjustable inductors and capacitors are connected in parallel to realize narrow bandwidth gating;The compensation network adopts RC circuit for phase shifting;The modulation index is adjusted by increasing or decreasing the resistance.The simulation results show that the scheme is feasible and meets the requirements of narrow bandwidth and high gain of IF filter,adjustable phase of compensation network and variable modulation index.
