基于中医传承辅助系统挖掘尹建平教授治疗非器质性失眠的用药规律

摘　　要：目的:采用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件探讨分析尹建平教授治疗非器质性失眠的用药规律。方法:收集并录入尹建平教授门诊治疗非器质性失眠的有效方剂,对中药频次、药物模式、新处方等采用改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等方法进行分析。结果:共筛选出187首方剂,135味中药,频次排名居前10位的药物依次为炙甘草、黄连、干姜、半夏、厚朴、苍术、茯苓、茯神、酸枣仁、黄芩,常用药物组合为“炙甘草-黄连”“干姜-黄连”“半夏-黄连”,新处方共3首。结论:尹建平教授治疗失眠用药精炼,寒温并用,补虚泻实,重视调节脾胃气机,并结合疏肝与养血等法,尤善用辛开苦降之法使气机升降有度,脏腑协调,则阴阳调和,心神安宁。Objective:To discuss and analyze the medication rule of Professor YIN Jianping for non-organic insomnia by TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)software.Methods:Professor YIN Jianping’s effective prescriptions for the treatment of non-organic insomnia were collected and entered,and the frequency of traditional Chinese medicines,drug patterns,new prescriptions,etc.were statistically analyzed.Results:A total of 187 prescriptions and 135 traditional Chinese medicines were screened out.The top 10 drugs in the order of frequency were Zhigancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis),Ganjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis),Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae),Houpo(Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis),Cangzhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis),Fuling(Poria),Fushen(Poria Cocos),Suanzaoren(Semen Ziziphi Spinosae),Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae).Commonly used drug combinations were“Zhigancao-Huanglian”,“GanjiangHuanglian”,“Banxia-Huanglian”,there were 3 new prescriptions in total.Conclusion:The medicines used by Professor YIN Jianping for the treatment of insomnia were concise.Cold medicines plus warm medicines were used to nourish body and reduce excess,and regulate Qi movement(气机)of the spleen and stomach.He also combined the methods of soothing the liver and nourishing the blood,and was especially good at applying the method of acrid opening and bitter downbearing to normalize Qi movement,harmonize the viscera to harmonize Yin and Yang(阴阳调和),and then the mind was calmed.
