摘　　要：四妙勇安汤是古代治疗脱疽的有效方剂,主要功效是清热解毒、活血止痛。随着医疗水平的不断进步,中医药的不断发展,该方被广泛应用于脉痹病、消渴病、舌疮病等多种疾病的治疗当中。文章分析名中医赵淳教授运用四妙勇安汤加味治疗咳嗽病、胃痛病病案2则,以探究名医辨证用药的思路及经验,以望为广大同仁临床遣方用药提供一定的参考。The Simiao Yong’an decoction(四妙勇安汤)is an effective prescription for treating gangrene in ancient times.Its main effect is to clear away heat and detoxifying,promote blood circulation and relieve pain.With the continuous progress of medical level and the continuous development of traditional Chinese medicine,this prescription has been widely used in the treatment of meridian obstruction disease,diabetes,tongue ulcer disease and other diseases.In this paper,2 medical records of treating cough and stomachache with the Simiao Yong’an decoction by Professor ZHAO Chun,a famous TCM doctor in Yunnan Province,was analyzed to explore the medication idea and experiences of the famous doctor based on TCM syndrome differentiation,it is hoped to provide more reference in clinical medication for the majority of colleagues.
