加味阳和汤治疗慢性上颌窦炎合并胃溃疡的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味阳和汤治疗慢性上颌窦炎合并胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将90例慢性上颌窦炎合并胃溃疡患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组采用氯雷他定片联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用加味阳和汤治疗。观察治疗前后两组患者的白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、干扰素-γ(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)水平,并评定临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者血清IL-6、IFN-γ水平明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)和溃疡指数(Ulceration index,UI)水平改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用加味阳和汤治疗慢性上颌窦炎合并胃溃疡,能够明显改善患者炎症因子水平,改善溃疡相关因子,缓解患者临床症状,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Yanghe decoction(阳和汤)on chronic maxillary sinusitis with gastric ulcer.Methods:90 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,45 cases for each.The control group was treated with loratadine tablets plus omeprazole enteric-coated capsules,and the observation group was treated with the Yanghe decoction more.Results:After treatment,the serum IL-6 and IFN-γlevels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The amelioration of the gastric mucosal MDA,SOD and UI levels in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yanghe decoction on chronic maxillary sinusitis with gastric ulcer can significantly ameliorate the levels of inflammatory factors and ulcer-related factors,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and shows a good clinical effect.
