摘　　要：张机(字仲景)在《伤寒论》中对心下症的描述有“心下急”“心下悸”“心下痞”等,是脾胃病较为常见的症状,涉及现代医学胃食管反流病、急慢性胃炎、急性胰腺炎、炎症性肠病等多种疾病。其中论及的条文达20处之多,病机各异,治法多样,为脾胃病的治疗提供了思路。In ZHANG Zhongjing’s book Treatise on Febrile Diseases(《伤寒论》),the description of epigastric disease includes“urgency and discomfort in epigastric area”,“palpitation in epigastric area”,“stomach fullness”,etc..It is a common symptom of spleen and stomach diseases,mainly involves a variety of diseases such as gastroesophageal reflux disease,acute and chronic gastritis,acute pancreatitis,inflammatory bowel diseases and so on in modern medicine.There are as many as 20 related items in the book,with different pathogenesis and various treatment methods,which provide more ideas for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.
