摘　　要：文章总结了王绵之教授治疗小儿咳嗽的诊疗思想,认为“咳嗽不出内外两因”,其在治疗小儿外感咳嗽时,依“治上焦如羽,非轻不举”的原则,认为外感当治肺而运用轻清透解之品,选用辛温辛凉类药物,合理配伍,祛邪而不伤正。在治疗小儿内伤咳嗽时,主张“内伤治脾,贵在王道”和“内外合参,以却病源”的思想,以中焦脾胃为主,通过调理中焦,使肺气正常宣肃,咳嗽自平。文章在总结过程中,亦罗列出王老常用的药物和药对,以期为同道治疗小儿咳嗽提供临床参考。This article summarizes Professor WANG Mianzhi’s diagnosis and treatment thoughts on cough in children.He believes that“cough is caused by internal and external factors”.When treating cough with exogenous infection in children,he believes that exogenous infection should be treated from the lungs,and use Xin(辛),Wen(温),Xin(辛),and Liang(凉)medicines by reasonable compatibility to dispel pathogens without hurting the righteousness.In the treatment of internal injuries and coughs in children,the focus is on the spleen and stomach.By regulating the middle Jiao(焦),the lungs can be normalized.In the process of summarizing,this paper also lists the commonly used drugs and drug pairs of WANG Mianzhi,in order to provide clinical reference for colleagues to treat children’s cough.
