清热解毒中药纱条填塞辅助应用于低位肛周脓肿术患者中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析低位肛周脓肿术患者应用清热解毒中药纱条填塞辅助治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取汶上县人民医院接收的96例接受低位肛周脓肿术的患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,给予对照组(48例)甲硝唑注射液纱条填塞;研究组(48例)治疗方案:清热解毒中药纱条填塞。观察两组中医证候、肉芽生长、肛门水肿、疼痛程度及总有效率。应用视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评估患者疼痛程度。结果:两组治疗前中医证候积分、肉芽生长、肛门水肿、VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组以上各指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、白细胞(White Blood Cell,WBC)、动态红细胞沉降率(Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate,ESR)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低位肛周脓肿术患者填塞清热解毒中药纱条辅助治疗,能有效改善其临床症状,减轻疼痛,消除水肿,发挥清热解毒的功效,提升治疗效果。Objective:To analyze clinical effects of adjuvant therapy of TCM gauze strip packing for clearing heat and detoxifying on low perianal abscess.Methods:96 cases were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(48 cases)was given metronidazole injection gauze packing,and the study group took TCM gauze strip packing for clearing heat and detoxifying.Results:There was no difference in TCM syndrome scores,granulation growth,anal edema,and VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,WBC and dynamic ESR in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating low perianal abscess by adjuvant therapy of TCM gauze strip packing for clearing heat and detoxifying can effectively ameliorate clinical symptoms,relieve pain,eliminate edema,exert the effect of clearing heat and detoxification,and improve the therapeutic effect.
