绝经后骨质疏松症的中医脏腑认识及中药治疗概况

摘　　要：绝经后骨质疏松症是由于绝经后妇女内分泌代谢改变致雌激素水平下降及相关激素水平紊乱,以骨量减少、骨强度降低及骨折风险增加为特征的全身代谢性骨骼疾病。近年来由于我国老龄化人口的急剧增多,绝经后骨质疏松症的发病率也呈现逐年增长的趋势,因此针对此病的诊治也就成为临床工作的重中之重。中医学尚无此病的记载,根据临床症状及致病特点该病隶属于中医“骨痿”“骨枯”等范畴,中医认为其发病与肝、脾、肾三脏密切相关。近年来大量的临床研究发现中药治疗绝经后骨质疏松症疗效显著,且具有不良反应小、费用低廉等优势。文章研究分析中医学关于该病的病名、脏腑认识及中药治疗概况,以期能够为诊疗绝经后骨质疏松症提供新的辨证思路,也为中药治疗该病提供参考与指导。Postmenopausal osteoporosis is caused by the change of endocrine metabolism in postmenopausal women,resulting in decreased estrogen levels and related hormone level disorder,with bone loss and reduced bone strength and increased risk of fractures in the whole body metabolic bone disease.In recent years,due to the rapid increase of the aging population in China,the incidence of postmenopausal osteoporosis is also on the rise year by year,so the diagnosis and treatment of this disease has become the top priority in clinical work.There is no record of this disease in TCM.According to the clinical symptoms and pathogenic characteristics,this disease belongs to the categories of“Guwei”(骨痿)and“Guku”(骨枯)in TCM.In recent years,a large number of clinical studies have found that Chinese materia medica is effective on postmenopausal osteoporosis,with fewer side effects and lower cost.The disease name,visceral understanding and the treatment status of Chinese materia medica are studied and analyzed in this paper,in order to provide a new dialectical thinking for the diagnosis and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis,as well as a reference and guidance for the treatment of the disease with Chinese materia medica.
