摘　　要：木犀草素是一种具有多种药理活性的黄酮类化合物,可以抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抑菌、抗炎。木犀草素来源很广,容易分离得到。但由于木犀草素的弱水溶性和低生物利用度,在临床上并未得到广泛应用。文章从木犀草素的药理活性和不同的剂型两方面进行归纳总结,为其能在临床发挥更大的作用提供了新的思路。Luteolin is a kind of flavonoid compound with multiple pharmacological activities, and has anti-tumor, anti-oxidation,anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. Luteolin has a wide source and is easy to separate. However, luteolin has not been widely used clinically because of its weak water solubility and low bioavailability. In this paper, the pharmacological activities and different dosage forms of luteolin were summarized, which provided a new idea for it to play a greater role in clinic.
