中药内服联合红外线治疗仪治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:临床观察内服自拟中药方联合红外线照射双下肢治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果,以求为临床治疗提供一条安全有效的途径。方法:随机选取糖尿病周围神经病变气虚血瘀证患者80例,分为观察组和对照组各40例。在降糖、降压、降脂等对症治疗的基础上,对照组予口服甲钴胺片,观察组予自拟中药方剂内服并配合红外线治疗仪照射双下肢治疗。运用统计学处理和分析两组患者的治疗结果,从而观察临床疗效。结果:观察组的总有效率、显效率均显著高于对照组,观察组患者的临床症状改善更显著。观察组患者双下肢多普勒血流情况及神经传导速度的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,采用中药内服联合红外线治疗仪治疗糖尿病周围神经病变可有效改善患者的临床症状和下肢血管血流情况,提高下肢神经传导速度,减轻患者的痛苦,改善患者的生活质量,在控制和延缓疾病的进展等方面具有积极的意义。Objective:The effects of self-made Chinese materia medica internal administration plus infrared therapeutic instrument irradiation on diabetic peripheral neuropathy in lower extremities were observed clinically to provide a safe and effective way for its clinical treatment.Methods:80 cases were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.Based on symptomatic treatment of hypoglycemia,hypotension and lipid-lowering,the control group was given oral mecobalamin tablets,and the observation group was given oral traditional Chinese medicine prescription plus infrared therapeutic instrument irradiation on lower extremities.Results:The total efficiency and demonstrated efficacy in the observation group were both noticeably higher than the control group,and the amelioration of clinical symptoms in the observation group was more obvious than the control group.The amelioration of doppler blood flow diagram of the lower limbs and the nerve conduction velocity in the observation group were both significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy by conventional treatment plus Chinese materia medica internal administration and infrared therapeutic instrument irradiation can effectively ameliorate clinical symptoms and blood flow of the lower limbs,improve nerve conduction velocity,relieve the pain of patients,improve the quality of life,and has positive significance in controlling and delaying the progression of the disease.
