基于体质辨识的中药足浴结合辨体施护在中风恢复期的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于体质辨识的中药足浴结合辨体施护在治疗中风恢复期半身不遂中的应用效果。方法:将2019年2月-2020年8月在聊城市茌平区中医医院脑病科住院且符合纳入标准的208例患者随机分成两组,试验组105例,对照组103例。试验组给予常规西医治疗加中药足浴,并进行辨体施护;对照组给予常规西医治疗护理。比较两组治疗前后患者日常生活能力、运动功能及中医证候积分情况。结果:治疗后试验组日常生活能力及运动功能、中医证候积分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于体质辨识的中药足浴技术结合辨体施护可有效促进日常生活能力提高、运动功能恢复及中医证候积分提高,值得在中风恢复期患者中推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of TCM foot bath plus body-differentiated nursing based on constitution identification in the treatment of hemiplegia in the recovery period of stroke.Methods:208 inpatients were randomly divided into 2 groups,105 cases in the experimental group and 103 cases in the control group.The experimental group was given conventional Western medicine plus TCM foot bath and body-differentiated nursing;the control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment and nursing.Results:After treatment,the daily living ability,motor function,and TCM symptom scores in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM foot bath technique based on constitution identification plus body-differentiated nursing can effectively promote the improvement of daily living ability,the recovery of motor function,and the improvement of TCM symptom score,which is worthy of popularization and application in stroke patients in recovery period.
