摘　　要：中西医结合治疗心力衰竭,优势互补,疗效独特。晋献春教授认为慢性心力衰竭属本虚标实之证,主要病机为心阳亏虚,血瘀水停,临床以益气温阳,活血化瘀,利水消肿为主要治则,结合患者症状进行辨证论治,以改善患者的症状,提高患者的生活质量,临床效果明显。The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of heart failure has complementary advantages and unique curative effects.Professor JIN Xianchun believes that chronic heart failure is characterized by a syndrome of essential deficiency and superficial excess.The main pathogenesis is Yang-deficiency of heart(心阳亏虚),blood stasis and retained fluid.In clinical practice,the main treatment principles are to invigorate Qi(气)and warming Yang(阳),promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,and diuretic and detumescence,combining with syndrome differentiation and treatment to ameliorate symptoms and improve the quality of life.The clinical effect is obvious.
