摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合康复个案护理对肺隐球菌病并发肺不张患者胸腔镜术后的效果。方法:对纳入病例实施中西医结合康复个案护理,护理要点包括疼痛护理、咳嗽排痰护理、呼吸锻炼护理、中医功法八段锦锻炼、用药指导、健康教育、心理调护。结果:经过护理,患者术后疼痛缓解、肺不张恢复,患者出院后继续门诊,电话随访提示患者情况良好。结论:中西医结合康复护理能够有效缓解肺隐球菌病并发肺不张患者胸腔镜术后症状。Objective:To observe the effect of the integrative medicine rehabilitation nursing on pulmonary cryptococcosis postoperative atelectasis patients.Methods:The integrative medicine rehabilitation nursing was implemented for the included cases.Nursing points included pain nursing,cough and expectoration nursing,breathing exercise nursing,Baduanjin(八段锦)exercise,medication guidance,health education,psychological nursing were applied.Results:After nursing,the patient’s postoperative pain was relieved,and the atelectasis was recovered.The patient received continued outpatient service after discharge,and the telephone followed-up showed that the patient was in good condition.Conclusion:The integrative medicine rehabilitation nursing can effectively relieve the symptoms of pulmonary cryptococcosis postoperative atelectasis patient.
