定喘汤加减治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床效果及对肺功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探究定喘汤加减治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床效果及对肺功能的影响。方法:选择2019年2月-2020年2月新化县人民医院收治的66例咳嗽变异型哮喘患者作为观察对象,依据就诊的先后顺序将患者分为参照组和研究组各33例,参照组患者进行常规西药治疗,研究组患者在西药治疗的基础上加用新化县人民医院自拟定喘汤加减进行治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果、疾病控制时间及药物不良反应发生率,观察两组患者治疗前后肺功能、症状积分及嗜酸细胞计数变化情况。结果:研究组的临床总有效率明显高于参照组(P<0.05);参照组与研究组患者治疗后用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)、第1秒末用力呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 Second,FEV1)及FEV1占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV1%)水平均显著高于治疗前,研究组患者治疗后FVC、FEV1及FEV1%水平均高于参照组患者(P<0.05);参照组与研究组患者治疗后的症状积分及嗜酸细胞计数均低于治疗前,研究组患者治疗后的中医证候积分及嗜酸细胞计数显著低于参照组患者(P<0.05);研究组患者疾病控制时间显著短于参照组患者(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗的基础上联合中药定喘汤加减治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘,能够显著提高药物治疗总有效率,改善患者肺功能,快速有效控制疾病,改善患者嗜酸性粒细胞炎症,治疗效果安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore clinical effects of the Dingchuan decoction(定喘汤)on cough variant asthma and its influence on lung function of the patients.Methods:66 cases were randomly divided into the reference group and the study group according to the order of visits,33 cases in each.The reference group were treated with conventional Western medicines,and the study group was treated with the Dingchuan decoction plus conventional Western medicine.Results:The total efficiency in the study group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FVC,FEV1 and FEV1%levels in the groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than the reference group(P<0.05).The symptom scores and eosinophil counts in both groups after treatment were lower than before,and in the study group were lower than the reference group(P<0.05).The time of disease controlled in the study group was significantly shorter than the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Conventional Western medicine plus the Dingchuan decoction on cough variant asthma can significantly increase the total efficiency,improve lung function of patients,quickly and effectively control the disease,and ameliorate eosinophil inflammation,with safe and reliable effects,and it is worthy of clinical application.
