六味地黄丸合参苓白术散对尿毒症营养不良患者疗效的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨六味地黄丸合参苓白术散加减对尿毒症透析营养不良辨证为脾肾两虚证型患者的疗效。方法:回顾性收集2018年1月-2020年1月在四川省攀枝花市中心医院治疗的脾肾两虚证型尿毒症透析营养不良患者40例,按照透析方式分为腹透组及血透组。比较所有患者治疗前后的营养指标、进食情况、炎症指标、血钾情况,并分别比较腹透组、血透组的疗效情况。结果:12周中药治疗后,患者进食情况改善,营养指标血红蛋白、血浆白蛋白水平提高,用药前后的钾、磷水平无差异;血透组与腹透组疗效的差异无统计学意义。结论:六味地黄丸合参苓白术散加减能改善尿毒症脾肾两虚症型患者透视后的进食及营养情况。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Liuwei Dihuang Wan(六味地黄丸)plus Shenling Baizhu San(参苓白术散)on uremic malnutrition patients with syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods:40 uremic patients with syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney dialysis malnutrition in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively collected and divided into two groups:the peritoneal dialysis group and the hemodialysis group.The nutritional indexes,food intake and serum potassium of all patients before and after treatment were compared,and the curative effects of abdominal dialysis and hemodialysis were compared.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment with TCM medicine,the eating condition of the patients was improved,the levels of hemoglobin and plasma albumin were increased,and there was no difference in the levels of potassium and phosphorus before and after treatment,and there was no difference between the hemodialysis group and the peritoneal dialysis group.Conclusion:Liuwei Dihuang Wan plus Shenling Baizhu San can improve the diet and nutrition of uremic patients with syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney.
