摘　　要：我国民航事业在当下进入了稳步发展的阶段,在这一阶段,陆续出现了各种类型的民用航空器。但航空器作为一种特殊的设备,为保障飞行的安全性,对航空器的维修和管理工作有着极高的要求,有关机构需加强航空器维修质量和适航管理,以保障航空器的性能。民用航空器的维修管理和适航管理是一项复杂且专业的工作,为保障工作目标,需从多个方面来开展。基于此,本文从民用航空器的维修质量和适航管理的意义出发,分析了维修质量管理和适航管理的相关策略,对实际的工作具有重要的指导价值。China's civil aviation industry has entered a phase of steady development,in this phase,various types of civil aircraft have emerged one after another,but aircraft as a special equipment,in order to ensure the safety of flight,the maintenance and management of aircraft have very high requirements,the relevant organizations need to strengthen the quality of aircraft maintenance and airworthiness management,in order to ensure the performance of aircraft.The maintenance management and airworthiness management of civil aircraft is a complex and professional task,which needs to be carried out from several aspects to guarantee the work objectives.Based on this,this paper analyzes the strategies of maintenance quality management and airworthiness management from the meaning of maintenance quality and airworthiness management of civil aircraft,which is an important guidance value for the actual work.
