摘　　要：针对目前市场对高性能、小体积、大功率DC/DC电源模块需求的不断增长,陕西华经微电子股份有限公司根据用户需求研发了一款新的双面组装、三路独立控制的新型芯片化DC/DC变换器电源模块,其体积、功率、组装密度以及工艺均优于同类产品。该产品的成功研制,解决了目前市场对三路独立控制DC/DC变换器的供需问题。In view of the increasing demand for high-performance,small volume and high-power DC/DC power modules in the current market.Shaanxi Huajing Microelectronics Co.,Ltd.,has developed a new two-sided assembled and three-way independently controlled new chip DC/DC converter power module according to the needs of users.Its volume,power,assembly density and process are better than similar products.The successful development of this product has solved the supply and demand problem of three-way independent control DC/DC converter in the current market.
