摘　　要：通过对示位标分类及搜救系统的介绍,针对海上遇险救生通信技术,进行了航空示位标ELT、海上示位标EPIRB和个人示位标PLB设备应用说明,总结了国内外遇险搜救系统中的GMDSS系统、COSPAS-SARSAT系统和北斗卫星导航系统的工作原理,结合海上救生示位标通信方式,对121.5 MHz/243 MHz信标音、406 MHz EPIRB信号、DSC信号及AIS信号遇险报警信号说明,提出了融合多种救生通信技术手段的海上救生示位标应用场景,在原有救生示位标中增加AIS、DSC和北斗定位功能,能让遇险者及时被发现和营救。This paper introduces the classification of beacon and the search and rescue system.For lifesaving communication technology in maritime distress,the Emergency Locator Transmitter(ELT),Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon(EPIRB)and Personal Locator Beacon(PLB)was performed.The principles of Global Maritime Distress and Safety System(GMDSS),COSPAS-SARSAT System and BeiDou Navigation Satellite System are summarized.Combined with the communication mode of Marine Beacon,this paper analyses the 121.5 MHz/243 MHz beacon,406 MHz EPIRB,DSC signal,and AIS signal frame format.The integrating various lifesaving communication technology is proposed.If AIS,DCS and BeiDou system were added to the Beacon,the victim can be found and rescued in time.
