无锡地铁2号线车辆网络冗余故障分析

摘　　要：为解决无锡地铁2号线列车偶发的网络瘫痪问题,通过问题提出、问题分析以及解决方法3个步骤深入调查分析故障现象,查找网络瘫痪的具体原因。通过多种工况的复现,发现当网络通信总线断开时,网络通信判定方式导致网络冗余无效,最终反馈网络瘫痪故障。对此,描述网络瘫痪故障现象,分析网络系统架构,解释当前方案中的网络通信机理及故障发生原因,提出了一种利用帧数的优化解决方案。优化后的方案目前已经实现了现车应用,可解决发生的网络瘫痪故障。In order to solve the occasional network breakdown of Wuxi Metro Line 2 train,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the fault phenomenon through three steps of problem raising,problem analysis and solution,and finds the specific reasons for the network breakdown.Through the reoccurrence of various working conditions,it is found that when the network communication bus is disconnected,the network redundancy is invalid due to the judgment mode of network communication,and the network breakdown is finally feedback.In this paper,the network breakdown fault phenomenon is described,the network system architecture is analyzed,the network communication mechanism and the cause of the fault in the current scheme are explained,and an optimal solution using frame number is proposed.The optimized scheme has been applied in current vehicles and can solve the network breakdown.
