摘  要:加压素(vasopressin,VP)和催产素(oxytocin,OT)在调控社会识别上具有明显的性别二态性,但目前只有为数不多的研究系统地比较二者在调控社会识别上的性别差异,基于此回顾了以啮齿类为主的脑内VP/OT系统及其调控两性社会识别的相关研究.通过查阅国内外相关文献,并归纳总结,综述了不同脑区VP/OT神经纤维分布、受体分布及它们在调控社会识别上的性别差异性,发现VP/OT系统的性别差异与它们在调控社会识别上的性别二态性密切相关.了解VP/OT系统及其在社会识别调控上的性别差异,可能有助于为一些社会能力受损且具有明显性别差异的精神疾病,如自闭症、边缘型人格障碍等的治疗提供科学策略.social recognition was regulated by vasopressin(VP)and oxytocin(OT)in sex-specific ways.But there was lack of comprehensive analysis of sex differences in these systems on regulating social recognition.In this case,various studies in rodents about VP/OT systems and their sex-related influence on social recognition were reviewed.The distribution of VP/OT fibers and receptors in different brain regions as well as their sex differences in regulating social recognition were summarized by referring to relevant studies.Sex differences in regulating social recognition was thought to be related to the sex differences of VP/OT system in the brain.Understanding the VP/OT system and its sex differences in the regulation of social recognition would provide scientific strategies for the treatment of some mental disorders with impaired social abilities which often showed a strong sex bias,such as autism and borderline personality disorder.
