粘合补强剂RF-90A在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用

摘　　要：研究粘合补强剂RF-90A在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用。结果表明:与未添加粘合补强剂RF-90A的胶料相比,添加粘合补强剂RF-90A的胶料加工安全性较好,硫化速度较快;胶料的物理性能总体略有提高,橡胶-钢丝老化前后的粘合性能明显提高,添加10份粘合补强剂RF-90A胶料的综合性能较好;添加粘合补强剂RF-90A胎体胶制造的成品轮胎耐久性能更优异。The application performance of adhesive reinforcing agent RF-90A in the carcass compound of truck and bus radial tire was studied. The results showed that compared with the compound without RF-90A,the compound with RF-90A had better processing safety and faster vulcanization speed. The overall physical properties of the compound with RF-90A were slightly improved,the adhesion between rubber and steel was significantly improved before and after aging,and the comprehensive property of the compound with 10 parts of RF-90A was better. The finished tire with the carcass compound with RF-90A had better durability.
