可达性视角下社区卫生服务中心适老化布局研究

摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化加剧,社区卫生服务中心的适老化规划布局成为人们关注的问题。文章以安徽省合肥市二环路以内社区卫生服务中心为研究对象,运用ArcGIS对社区卫生服务中心的服务范围、位置分配等展开分析。研究发现,该区域社区卫生服务中心布局存在分布不均、数量不足、服务覆盖区域重叠等问题。由此提出增加和优化布点、提高密度、调整布局等社区卫生服务中心适老化布局优化策略。With the aging of population in China,the layout of community health service centers for the elderly has become a public concern.Taking the community health service centers within the second Ring Road of Hefei City,Anhui Province as the research object,this paper analyzes the service scope and location allocation of the community health service centers by using ArcGIS.It is found that there are some problems in the layout of the community health service centers in this region,such as uneven distribution,insufficient quantity,and overlapping coverage of service areas.On this basis,the paper puts forward some strategies to optimize the layout of community health service centers for the elderly,such as enhancing the optimal distribution,increasing the density,and adjusting the existing layout.
