基于“火郁发之”理论探讨升降散在肺系疾病中的应用

摘　　要：文章基于“火郁发之”的理论探讨升降散的方义,并探讨升降散运用于肺系疾病的临床特点及治疗原则。张念志教授认为临床辨证当以郁为着眼点,治疗应明辨火郁之因,因势利导,宣透郁邪,再者调理气机升降出入,使郁热自除,气机畅达,阴平阳秘。现将吾师之治疗经验总结如下,以飨同道。Based on the therapy of dispersing fire stagnation,the prescription meaning,clinical characteristics,and treatment principles of Shengjiang San(升降散)in treating lung diseases were discussed in this paper.Professor ZHANG Nianzhi believes that the clinical dialecticsshould be focused on depression,and the treatment should clearly identify the cause of fire stagnation,disperse fire stagnation,and regulate the rise and fall of Qi(气),so that Qi movement can be smoothed,and the Yin(阴)and Yang(阳)are in harmony.Now the teacher’s experience in treating thedisease is summarized as follows for more reference.
