摘　　要：带状疱疹后遗神经痛作为严重困扰患者的慢性神经病理性疼痛,临床上较难治疗。文章介绍李俐主任医师运用阿是穴围刺、拔罐、刺络放血等综合疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛验案1则,疗效显著,以期为诊疗提供临床参考。Postherpetic neuralgia is a severe chronic neuropathic pain that is difficult to treat clinically.In this paper,1 case of postherpetic neuralgia treated by comprehensive therapy of surrounding acupuncture at Ashi point(阿是穴),cupping,and bloodletting by Chief Physician LI Li was introduced.The curative effect was remarkable.It can provide more clinical reference for diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
