以健脾固肾二联法为基础的退行性膝关节炎的治疗与保健研究

摘　　要：退行性膝关节炎具有广发性,严重影响患者的生活质量并给一些患者造成工作上的障碍。经过针对性的调查并查阅相关文献研究发现,退行性膝关节炎成因复杂,在整体化调理恢复中与脾、肾有重要的关系。研究以往的中医诊治案例,以健脾固肾、培土生金、培元固本为理论指导,采用杂合而治的方法,对健脾固肾二联法保健治疗退行性膝关节炎的进一步研究及应用进行综述。Degenerative knee arthritis is widespread,seriously affects the quality of life of patients and makes obstacles to work for some patients.Through targeted investigation and consulting relevant literature,it was found that the causes of degenerative knee arthritis are complex and have an important relationship with the spleen and kidney in the overall conditioning and recovery.The cases of diagnosing and treating the disease in traditional Chinese medicine in the past years were studied.With the theoretical guidance of strengthening the spleen and consolidating the kidney,cultivating Tu(土)to generate Jin(金),and cultivating vitality to strengthen the body foundation,the comprehensive method was adopted in clinic.The further research and application of the dual method of invigorating spleen and strengthening kidney in treating degenerative knee arthritis was reviewed in this article.
