定点旋转复位法联合雷火灸对腰椎间盘突出患者腰椎功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨定点旋转复位法联合雷火灸对腰椎间盘突出患者腰椎功能的影响。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年5月收治的136例腰椎间盘突出患者,应用随机数字表法将其分为传统组和研究组,各68例。传统组开展定点旋转复位法治疗,研究组在传统组基础上开展雷火灸治疗。比较分析两组治疗后的临床疗效,治疗前后的神经传导速度、腰椎功能、脊柱稳定情况。结果:研究组的总有效率显著高于传统组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后前腓总神经、胫神经传导速度均显著提高,且研究组明显高于传统组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后第10天、20天、30天腰椎功能障碍指数评分均显著提高,且研究组明显高于传统组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后腰骨倾斜角、腰椎前凸角度、腰椎曲度、平均椎间隙高度均显著下降,且研究组降低幅度明显优于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:利用定点旋转复位法与雷火灸联合治疗腰椎间盘突出患者效果显著,可显著改善腰椎功能、脊柱稳定情况,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effects of fixed-point rotary manipulative reduction plus Leihuo-moxibustion(雷火灸)on lumbar spine function of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients.Methods:A total of 136 cases from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into the traditional group and the study group by the random number table method,68 cases in each groups.The traditional group carried out fixed-point rotary manipulative reduction therapy,while the study group carried out Leihuo-moxibustion on the basis of the traditional group.Results:The total efficiency in the study group was significantly higher than the traditional group(P<0.05).The conduction velocity of anterior common peroneal nerve and the tibial nerve in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and in the study group was significantly higher than the traditional group(P<0.05).The ODI scores in the two groups at day 10,day 20,and day 30 after treatment were significantly improved,and in the study group was significantly higher than the traditional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lumbar inclination angle,lumbar lordosis angle,lumbar curvature,and average intervertebral space height were significantly decreased in the two groups,and the decrease in the study group was significantly better than the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fixed-point rotary manipulative reduction plus Leihuo-moxibustion on lumbar spine function of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients is effective,and it can significantly improve lumbar function and spinal stability.This therapy is worthy of promotion.
