摘　　要：《伤寒论》中小柴胡汤为和法之代表方,并以“和解少阳,扶正祛邪”沿用至今。《金匮要略》关于肺病的论治善从风温犯肺病的角度论治,且较多应用千金苇茎汤、苓甘五味姜辛汤等经方。文章以一例临床医案从伤寒和温病综合论治老年肺病合并意识障碍为例,论述中医传统经方在临床的应用,为中医经典方剂的临床应用提供参考。In Treatise on Febrile Diseases(《伤寒论》),the Xiaochaihu decoction(小柴胡汤)is a representative prescription of harmonization method,and it has been applied to this day for the purpose of“harmonizing Shaoyang(少阳),strengthening immunnity and eliminating pathogen”.In Jin’gui Yaolue(《金匮要略》),lung disease is treated from the perspective of wind and febrile,and more classic prescriptions such as the Qianjin Weijing decoction(千金苇茎汤)and the Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin decoction(苓甘五味姜辛汤)are used.In this paper,1 medical case of treating senile pneumonia with consciousness disorder based on classic theories about febrile diseases is discussed to analyze the clinical application of classical prescriptions,so as to provide a reference for the clinical application of classical prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.
