中医辨证周期给药治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨排卵障碍性不孕症采用中医辨证周期给药治疗的临床效果。方法:文章将2017年2月-2020年2月收治的排卵障碍性不孕症患者400例作为研究对象,对所有患者按照随机方式进行分组,对照组200例患者以常规药物治疗,观察组200例患者采用中医辨证周期给药治疗。对用药后有效率、用药前后雌二醇、孕酮、卵泡刺激素水平变化情况、排卵率、受孕成功率及生活质量评分进行分析。结果:用药后观察组总有效率、排卵率、受孕成功率、雌二醇、孕酮、卵泡刺激素水平、生活质量评分比对照组高,P<0.05。结论:中医辨证周期给药治疗排卵障碍性不孕症患者效果较好,可改善患者体内的激素水平,促进排卵,提高受孕成功率,提升患者的生活质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation menstrual cycle dosing on ovulation disorder infertility.Methods:In this paper,400 cases from February 2017 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and all the patients were randomly divided into two groups.200 cases in the control group was treated with conventional medicine,and the other 200 cases in the observation group was treated by TCM syndrome differentiation menstrual cycle dosing.Results:The total efficiency,ovulation,pregnancy success,estradiol level,progesterone level,follicle stimulating hormone level,and quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of TCM syndrome differentiation menstrual cycle dosing on ovulation disorder infertility is good,it can improve the hormone level in patients,promote ovulation,improve the pregnancy success rate,and improve the quality of life of patients.
