摘 要:目的:用高效液相色谱法同时测定不同产地五指毛桃(Ficus hirta Vahl)根中补骨脂素、芹菜素和佛手柑内酯的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为HD-C18-80(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);检测波长为254 nm,流动相为甲醇-水(55∶45);流速1.0 mL/min。结果:不同产地五指毛桃根中补骨脂素、芹菜素和佛手柑内酯的含量差异较大,其中以广西钦州市灵山县五指毛桃根中含量最高,而福建省漳州市龙文区五指毛桃根中的含量最低。结论:该方法操作简便,重复性好,可用于五指毛桃根中补骨脂素、芹菜素和佛手柑内酯含量的测定。Objective:The high performance liquid chromatography method was used to simultaneously determine the contents of psoralen,apigenin and bergapten in the root of ficus hirta vahl from different origins.Methods:HPLC method was performed on the column of HD-C18-80(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm).The detection wavelength was 254 nm,and the mobile phase was methanol-water(55:45).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results:The contents of psoralen,apigenin and bergapten in the roots of ficus hirta vahl from different origins were significantly different.Among them,the three compounds in the roots of ficus hirta vahl from Lingshan county,Qinzhou city,Guangxi Province were the highest,and those from Longwen district,Zhangzhou city,Fujian Province were the lowest.Conclusion:The method is easy to operate and has good repeatability,so can be used for the content determination of psoralen,apigenin and bergapten in the root of ficus hirta vahl.
