摘 要:接触器被广泛用于电力、配电及用电场合,其健康状态是影响电力系统正常运行的关键因素之一。文章针对接触器吸合过程中衔铁运动过程建立动力学模型,并结合接触器吸合动态过程分析,研究了接触器线圈电压、线圈电流、动作时间和接触器结构参数的关联关系;在此基础上,提出了一种基于支持向量分类机的接触器故障诊断方法,其可实现对接触器4类常见故障的诊断分类。实验结果显示,采用该方法后,接触器故障诊断结果准确率超过93%;同时,结合现场列车牵引变流器充电过程数据进行了10次接触器的动作过程验证,结果显示,诊断结果准确无误。Contactors are widely used in power, distribution and power applications. Health of contactor is a key factor to the healthy operation of power system. In this paper, a dynamic model of armature movement in the process of contactor closing is established, and the relationship between the contactor coil voltage, coil current, action time and the structure parameters of the contactor is studied. Based on this relationship, a fault diagnosis method of contactor based on support vector machine is proposed.Through this method, diagnosis and classification of four types of contactor common faults are realized, and the diagnostic accuracy is over 93%. At the same time, combined with the charging process data of train traction converter, the action process of contactor is verified for ten times, and the results show that the diagnosis is accurate.
