摘 要:目的研究南通市儿童肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma pneumoniae,MP)感染的流行特征及其与气象因素的相关性,有效指导儿童MP感染的早期预防、早期诊治,从而在一定程度上降低儿童MP的感染率。方法收集2017年1月—2019年12月南通市三家医院的儿科门诊及住院的呼吸道感染患儿,采集血标本进行MP-IgM检测,同时从南通市气象局收集2017年1月至2019年12月的气象信息。对MP感染患儿流行病学特征进行描述分析,同时采用Spearman和Pearson相关分析法分析MP感染与气候因素之间的相关性。结果在51665例送检样本中,MP-IgM阳性率为36.19%;<1岁组、1~<3岁组、3~<7岁组、7~<14岁组患儿的MP-IgM阳性率分别为15.84%、37.98%、40.09%、40.36%;女性阳性率为42.00%,男性阳性率为31.32%;春、夏、秋、冬四季阳性率分别为32.97%、36.73%、41.77%和32.04%;年龄、性别、季节差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。MP感染与周平均气温、周相对湿度相关(P<0.05)。结论MP是南通市儿童呼吸道感染的主要病原体之一,随着患儿年龄的增长MP-IgM阳性率逐渐升高,女性患儿MP-IgM阳性率高于男性患儿,南通市秋季、夏季儿童MP感染高发。气温、湿度等气象因素跟儿童MP感染有关。Objective To describe the epidemiological characteristics of Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)infection in children in Nantong city,to explore the association between MP infection and meteorological signatures so as to effectively guide the early prevention,diagnosis and treatment of MP infection in children.Methods Children with respiratory infections were enrolled from pediatric outpatients and inpatients in three hospitals in Nantong city from January 2017 to December 2019.Blood samples were collected for MP-IgM detection.Meanwhile,the meteorological records were retrieved from Nantong Meteorological Bureau during the same period.The epidemiological characteristics of MP infection in children were described,and the correlation between MP infection and whether condition was analyzed using Spearman and Pearson correlation analysis methods.Results The overall positive rate of MP-IgM was 36.19%among 51665 samples tested,with 15.84%,37.98%,40.09%and 40.36%in children of<1 year old,1-<3 years old,3-<7 year old and 7-<14 year old,respectively.The positive rate was 42.00%in girls,31.32%in boys and 32.97%,36.73%,41.77%and 32.04%in spring,summer,autumn and winter.The differences of positive rates in different age group,sex and season were statistically significant(P<0.01).Mycoplasma infection was significantly correlated with weekly mean temperature and weekly relative humidity(P<0.05).Conclusions MP is one of the major pathogens of respiratory tract infection in Nantong city.The MP-IgM positive rate increases with the age of children,and is higher in girls than in boys and is more common in autumn and summer.The ambient temperature and humidity are associated with MP infection in children.
