摘　　要：目的:获取国内外预防成人术中静脉血栓栓塞症的相关证据,并对最佳证据进行总结。方法:系统检索Up To Date、the Cochrane Library、苏格兰大学校际指南网络(SIGN)、英国国家健康与保健优化研究所(NICE)、美国指南网(NGC)、循证卫生保健中心数据库(JBI)、英国医学期刊(BMJ)、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库、英国指南网、PubMed、EMbase、医脉通、万方数据库等中关于成人术中静脉血栓栓塞症的所有证据,包括循证指南、系统评价、证据总结、专家共识等。检索时限为建库至2021年4月25日,由2名研究员对文献质量进行独立评价,结合相关专业人士的判断,对符合标准的文献进行内容获取。结果:共纳入14篇文献,其中指南4篇,证据总结1篇,专家共识1篇,系统评价8篇。最佳证据包括7个方面:评估、风险管理、预防措施、治疗措施、外科介入、健康教育和质量管理,共28条证据。结论:手术室发生静脉血栓风险大,应做到预防术中静脉血栓的发生。证据应用人员需结合医院特点和临床环境,有针对性地选择最佳证据,是预防成人术中静脉血栓栓塞症的最佳总结。Objective:To obtain the relevant evidence of preventing intraoperative venous thromboembolism in adults at home and abroad,and summarize the best evidence.Methods:All evidence on intraoperative venous thromboembolism in adults,including evidence-based guidelines,systematic reviews,evidence summaries,expert consensus,etc,were systematically searched from Up To Date,the Cochrane Library,SIGN,NICE,NGC,JBI,BMJ,CNKI,CBM,British Guideline Network,PubMed,EMbase,Yimaitong,WanFang Database,etc.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the databases to April 25,2021.During this period,two researchers independently evaluated the quality of the literature and obtained the content of the articles that met the criteria in combination with the judgment of relevant professionals.Results:A total of 14 avticles were included,including 4 guidelines,1 evidence summary,1 expert consensus and 8 systematic reviews.The best evidence includes 7 aspects:assessment,risk management,preventive measures,treatment measures,surgical intervention,health education and quality management,with a total of 28 pieces of evidence.Conclusions:The risk of venous thrombosis in the operating room is high,and the occurrence of intraoperative venous thrombosis should be prevented.Evidence applicators should select the best evidence in targeted manner in combination with hospital characteristics and clinical environment,which is the best summary for the prevention of intraoperative venous thromboembolism in adults.
