摘 要:钱家店铀矿床位于松辽盆地南部,是我国为数不多正在地浸开采的大型砂岩型铀矿床,包括钱Ⅰ至钱Ⅵ共计6个矿块。经过十多年对钱Ⅱ块的开采,即将转向钱Ⅳ块的开采。对于砂岩型铀矿地浸开采而言,查明其铀矿物的工艺特征至关重要。由于矿床各块段矿石存在一定差异性,对钱Ⅳ块矿石开展岩矿测试、放射性照相、电子探针分析和室内浸出方法,以查明矿石矿物成分、结构构造、化学成分、铀存在形式和浸出率非常必要。结果表明矿石粒级以细粒为主,岩屑含量较少,基质为黏土矿物。化学成分中主量元素SiO;含量平均为69.40%,Al;O;含量平均11.07%;微量元素Re、Tl、Pb、Ba相对较为富集。铀以独立铀矿物和吸附态铀形式存在,铀以U;为主,矿石中碳酸盐含量为2.3%,铀浸出率达80%以上。这些符合地浸评价指标要求,适宜地浸开采,为钱Ⅳ块铀矿开采提供科学依据。As one of the large scale in-situ leaching sandstone uranium deposits in China, Qiangjiandian uranium deposit lies in the south Songliao basin, includes six uranium blocks of Qian 1 to Qian 6. After more than ten years mining of Qian 2 uranium block, the next main mining work will be focused in Qian 2 uranium block. It’s vital for in-situ leaching to find out the technological characteristics of uranium ore. Due to difference among uranium blocks, it is very necessary to study mineral compositions, texture and structure, chemical compositions, uranium existence and uranium leaching efficiency. The results show that the size class of ore is fine with fewer rock debris and clay matrix. The main element contents SiO;and Al;O;is 69.40% and 11.07% respectively on average. Microelements(Re, Tl, Pb, Ba)are relatively rich, uranium exists in the form of independent uranium mineral and adsorption with higherU;/U;ratio. Carbonate content is 2.30%(less than 3.0%).These parameters conform evaluation criterion of in-situ leaching for sandstone uranium deposit. In general, Qian 4 uranium block is available for in-situ leaching. These results will provide scientific evidence for Ⅳ block of Qianjiadian uranium deposit mining.
