摘　　要：为总结地质调查项目预算定额标准建设工作经验,更好促进后续工作。本文系统梳理了自改革开放以来财政部安排的公益性地质调查项目定额标准建设的历程,总结了历年来地质调查定额标准研究进展与主要成果。从党中央、国务院、财政部、自然资源部和中国地质调查局等各级部门预算管理的实际需求、预算定额标准建设思路、工作组织实施方式等角度分析了成功做法和主要经验,并着眼于当前地质调查定额标准建设面临的主要问题,对于下一步预算定额标准建设工作思路和组织方式提出了的展望。In order to summarize the experience in the construction of budget quota standard of geological survey projects and better promote the follow-up work. This paper systematically combs the process of quota standard construction of public welfare geological survey projects arranged by the ministry of finance since the reform and opening up, and summarizes the research progress and main achievements of quota standard of geological survey over the years. This paper analyzes the successful practices and main experiences from the perspectives of the actual needs of budget management, the construction ideas of budget quota standards, and the implementation methods of work organization of departments at all levels such as the party central committee, the state council, the ministry of finance, the ministry of natural resources and the China geological survey, and focuses on the main problems faced by the current construction of geological survey quota standards, for the next step of the construction of budget quota standard, this paper puts forward some prospects for the work ideas and organization methods.
