复方红花油治疗糖尿病足溃疡创面的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对糖尿病足溃疡创面采用复方红花油治疗的临床效果。方法随机选择医院2021年2—10月收治糖尿病足溃疡患者80例,以随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=40)外科清创后予以烧伤湿润膏外敷;研究组(n=40)外科清创后予以复方红花油浸制纱布填塞,治疗4周后评价两组治疗效果,对比治疗前后溃疡创面面积以及深度,采集患者治疗前后空腹静脉血检测超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血沉(ESR)水平评价机体炎症反应,并超声监测踝肱指数(ABI)评价足部血供状态。结果研究组总有效率较对照组高(95.00%vs 80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。治疗后研究组溃疡创面面积、深度分别为(4.48±1.07)cm^(2)、(0.32±0.08)cm,均较对照组低;hs-CRP、ESR水平分别为(3.64±1.01)mg/L、(124.10±52.70)pg/mL,均较对照组低;ABI为(0.90±0.09),大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.173、9.383、3.401、3.254、3.420,P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病足溃疡创面予以复方红花油治疗疗效可靠,可促进创面愈合,能够减轻机体炎症反应,并可改善足部血供。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound safflower oil on diabetic foot ulcer wounds.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic foot ulcers who were admitted to the hospital from February to October 2021 were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups by random number table method.The control group(n=40)was given external application of burn moist ointment after surgical debridement.Thestudy group(n=40)was filled with compound safflower oil-impregnated gauze after surgical debridement,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated after 4 weeks of treatment.The ulcer wound area and depth before and after treatment were compared,and fasting venous blood was collected from patients before and after treatment to detect the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)to evaluate the body's inflammatory response.The ankle-brachial index(ABI)was monitored by ultrasound to evaluate the blood supply status of the foot.Results The total effective rate of thestudy group was higher than that of the control group(95.00%vs 80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).After treatment,the ulcer wound area and depth in thestudy group were(4.48±1.07)cm^(2) and(0.32±0.08)cm,which were lower than those in the control group;the levels of hs-CRP and ESR were(3.64±1.01)mg/L and(124.10±52.70)pg/mL,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group;the ABI was(0.90±0.09),which was greater than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.173,9.383,3.401,3.254,3.420,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of compound safflower oil on diabetic foot ulcer wound is reliable,it can promote wound healing,reduce the inflammatory response of the body,and improve the blood supply of the foot.
