探究肿瘤患者家属的心理疏导对策及有效率分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在进行肿瘤患者的护理时,进行家属心理疏导的效果并评价其护理质量。方法随机选取2017年9月—2020年9月收治的肿瘤患者50例,选取研究对象照护家属与研究对象同时进入该次研究但不单独作为研究对象(注:患者与患者照护家属记录为1例研究对象;该文中所有“患者”词均代指患者及患者家属;患者家属接受常规心理疏导护理;患者本人接受疾病治疗护理),对患者随机分组,对照组与观察组各25例。对照组行传统护理,观察组给予患者以及患者家属的心理疏导,比较两组家属对护理满意度以及患者家属的负面情绪表现。结果观察组患者家属的心理评分相较于对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=8.106、6.859,P<0.05)。观察组中患者家属对于护理工作的满意度达到96%,相较于对照组的60%明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.441,P=0.002)。结论对肿瘤患者及患者家属进行有效的心理疏导,有助于改善家属对于疾病的了解度,值得应用。Objective To explore the effect of psychological counseling for family members in the nursing of tumor patients and evaluate the nursing quality.Methods The study was conducted from September 2017 to September 2020,and 50 eligible tumor patients were randomly selected.The caring family members of the research subjects were selected to enter this trial at the same time as the research subjects,but not as the research subjects alone.(Note:Patient and patient care Family members are recorded as 1 study object;all the words"patients"in this article refer to patients and their family members;the family members of the patients receive routine psychological counseling care;the patients themselves receive disease treatment care).The patients were randomly divided into 25 cases in the control group and the observation group.The control group received traditional nursing care,and the observation group gave psychological counseling to the patients and their family members,and compared the two groups'family members'satisfaction with nursing and the negative emotional performance of the patients'family members.Results The psychological scores of the family members of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.106,6.859,P<0.05).The satisfaction of the family members of patients in the observation group with nursing work reached 96%,which was significantly higher than 60% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.441,P=0.002).Conclusion Effective psychological counseling for cancer patients and their family members can help improve their families'understanding of the disease and is worthy of application.
