摘 要:将纳米氧化铝与AMPS和硫酸锂进行复配,通过抗压强度测试、XRD和SEM等的表征,研究了三元复合早强剂对水泥早强效果的影响。结果表明,纳米氧化铝、AMPS和硫酸锂复配能有效提高水泥的早强效果,且当复配早强剂的组成为PC0.15%、纳米氧化铝1.5%、AMPS 0.15%、硫酸锂1%、水灰比0.4时,使水泥早期强度提高最为显著。相较于基准组其1、3、7 d的抗压强度分别提升了46.47%、41.31%、19.51%。根据XRD和SEM的微观结构分析,纳米氧化铝、AMPS与硫酸锂复配能够加快水泥的水化反应速度,水化产物增多,使内部结构稳定致密,提高了水泥材料的早期性能和耐久性。Nano alumina is compounded with AMPS and lithium sulfate.Through compressive strength test,SRD and SEM characterization,the effect of ternary composite early strength agent on the early strength of cement is studied.The results show that the combination of nano alumina,AMPS and lithium sulfate can effectively improve the early strength effect of cement.When the composition of the composite early strength agent is PC 0.15%,nano alumina 1.5%,AMPS 0.15%,lithium sulfate 1%and the water cement ratio is 0.4,the early strength of cement is improved most significantly.Compared with the reference group,the compressive strength at 1,3,7 d increases by 46.47%,41.31%and 19.51%respectively.According to the microstructure analysis of XRD and SEM,the combination of nano alumina,AMPS and lithium sulfate can speed up the hydration reaction of cement,the increase of hydration products makes the internal structure stable and dense,and improves the early performance and durability of cement materials.
